Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Cedar Estates wants everyone to be able to use our website and access our services, regardless of ability or the technology they use.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Requests, Issues, and Suggestions
We're working to make this website easier to use for everyone. That includes writing in plain language, using clear headings and layout, choosing readable text sizes and colour contrast, adding text descriptions to images, and making sure the site works on phones and tablets as well as computers.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference point and are working towards meeting them. We haven't yet completed a formal accessibility audit, so some parts of the site may not fully meet that standard.
Known limitations
Some content on our site comes from third parties — including property portal listings, embedded maps, and documents supplied by vendors such as contracts and floor plans. We don't control how these are built, and they may not be fully accessible. If you come across something you can't access, please tell us and we'll help you get the information another way.
We're happy to help
If any part of this website or our service is difficult for you to use, please get in touch. We can read information out to you over the phone, send it in a different format, or arrange another way to give you what you need.
Email: hello@cedarestates.com.au
Please let us know the page you were on and what you were trying to do. We'll respond as quickly as we can — usually within a few business days — and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Your feedback matters
We welcome suggestions on how to make this site work better for you. Feedback from the people using our site is the most useful thing we have for improving it.
